I think the lady’s name was Jessie, she was so rude and unprofessional. I told her I was going through a hardship and wanted to see if I could defer my payments for a month or pay lower for a month or two and she told me no for both. I then asked if it was possible to just settle and she asked how much I wanted to pay. I offered 70% of balance left to settle and she said no because it was too little. After explaining why I believed 70% was reasonable (keeping in mind that I originally called in to lower my monthly payments or defer) she said that she MIGHT send the offer over and someone Might get back to me in a week.

I called for some assistance regarding a garnishment notice for one of our employees they had sent, and they refused to answer a single question. The person who answered the phone was rude and just kept repeating the same sentence over and over again. The paper work I received from them stated if I had any questions or needed additional information to contact them and gave their number. I would give them a 0 if possible… unfriendly, unhelpful and a total waste of time.
