After interviewing several attorneys for a third felony D.U.I. offense that holds a minimum mandatory jail sentence, I decided to call one more law firm. I called Knepper & Stratton, and I was put in contact with Ben McNatt. After going over my charges and my priors I respected him for going over the seriousness a Third D.U.I. is. He informed me of the jail time, and that it would most likely be the end result. I knew right away this would be the Lawer I was going to hire. He was honest and did not beat around the bush. He was straight forward with me. He did not promise anything less, so I expected nothing lass and prepared myself mentally. He explained everything to me thoroughly and fought hard for me for over a year (my case took place during COVID 19) He suggested some actions I should take during the time I was waiting on a court date, and I took his advice. I have never met someone so knowledge and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my case. NO JAIL TIME! I couldn’t believe it!
