Craig Knapp’s kindness and compassion toward my son and our family cannot be overstated. Likewise, his professionalism and expertise. I have a son with severe developmental disabilities, including not being able to verbally communicate in ways most people can understand. He requires around-the-clock supervision and support. In 2019, in what was supposed to be an effort to provide him with additional support, he was a part-time resident in a group home. Unfortunately, while there, he was treated with significant negligence and abuse, even beaten by a staff member. Legal actions were continually delayed due to covid restrictions. Craig was proactive in providing us with updates about timelines and preparing us for mediation with the group home’s representatives. The wisdom and support we received from Craig resulted in a positive finding for my son and a settlement that exceeded our expectations.

We are so grateful for Craig Knapp, he knew the pain my family was going thru from the beginning and he truly poured his heart into our case.
