They don’t communicate well with their clients. you call they don’t get back with me. I don’t think they go to bat for you. I wonder if there afraid to go to court for you. They care weather you end up with a permanent injury. The response from them if I could find a doctor to help they would. To me no care at all. I guess I should have shopped around, before going with this firm. Very disappointed in the end result. Now I have to live with painful results. With little to show for it.
Terrible communication! A portion of my money was to be held in escrow for 8 months. It’s been a year and they will not return my calls. Lack of communication throughout whole process and I had call them multiple times to even remind of my case. Terrible employees!!!
