I have no complaints with KNR. They got my auto accident settled so that my insurance was fully refunded for what they paid on my medical bills, and got me some left over after everything else was settled. Times that I called and left a message it was always returned in a timely manner with the answer to whatever question I asked. No one was ever rude, and the process was explained well to me. In all it took 11 months from my accident but I wasn’t done with treatment for injuries till about 6 months. I’ve seen other reviews about complaints about time and I think people forget that it takes time to receive bills and other leg work associated with the case. Also, people forget they aren’t their only client! I appreciate the time and care that was put into my case and the result!
