In my limited contact with James Nowak from this firm, who is representing a company I have a complaint with, I can say that I have never dealt with a more unprofessional or rude lawyer. You can be a good lawyer for your client AND be professional and decent. Regardless of how good a firm this may be, I would not want them to represent me in this way if I were their client because I believe it reflects poorly on the individual they represent.

Bosen Law staff was very professional and did a great job with my case & getting it resolved in a timely manner. Would highly recommend & will use them again if I have the need.
