Attorney Harry and his assistant Lupe is the worst I have dealt with. Very incapable, unreliable and rude people I have ever dealt with. Lupe never calls back nor respond to your email. She will give u dumb excuses as to why she is late on filing and responding to your emails. Do not take your workers comp case to them. It will get delayed and u will be in so much stress dealing with them. I promise you. Thx to this duo, my case was denied due to insufficient medical info which Lupe forgot to obtain from my doctor.

Line of communication is terrible. Have not received a call back in over 8 weeks. No updates on my case. Empty promises. Would not recommend!

We had the pleasure of having Richard Barone as our lawyer. Rick as we call him is very friendly, he answers and explains any questions or concerns until we understood, he always called back right away when ever we left a message and always kept us updated. Never expected the outcome but we were very lucky thanks to Rick and his hard work!!
