2/23 My husband Steve and I relocated to Arizona from another U.S. state so we wanted to update all of our estate planning documents. We found Jeffrey P. Hall online via Google since we did not know anyone really in Arizona to ask for a referral, so we just used Google and after reading Jeff’s many excellent client testimonials, we decided to hire him. My husband and I both felt that Jeff made the process easy and he was personable, professional, and direct in manner, saving us all time. He answered our many questions patiently and thoroughly. He also efficiently sent us a questionnaire at the outset so he had all of our answers/wishes before he began the documents, and then he even went over that form with both of us in full by phone before he drafted the actual documents. We found Jeff’s draft documents to be very thorough and precise and there were only two tiny changes which he did right while we were all on the phone. He also promptly sent us an email for some adjunct services we inquired about so that was helpful to have that too. All through the process Jeff was available by phone, email, or Zoom, which we appreciated due to the pandemic, and he has an online appointment program to make setting up a phone/Zoom/in person appointment time with him easy too. Our final documents were signed and notarized in person, but the rest we did virtually which we really liked, and we also really liked that Jeff charged a package fee for all our documents rather than an hourly fee, so we knew from the first phone call how much we would be paying and our bill was indeed, what he told us at the outset. We would hire Jeffrey P. Hall again, for all the reasons stated above. He really did an excellent job for us from start to finish and we enjoyed working with him too. Kathryn & Steve Bechen Arizona
