Don’t waste your time. I went there about 5 months ago to file for part of my ex-husbands 401K from our divorce. I never heard anything from him unless I called over and over and there were no updates anyway and he had no information on what was going on. I was told it was normal to take that long. Then I call 3 weeks ago and he says it’s in front of him on his desk and he’s filing it the next day. Then I called yesterday and he says it was on his desk in front of him and he was still drafting it. So he lied? Then he calls today to tell me that the company I pay, Metlife, for his services, does not cover this type of service. 5 months later he tells me this! Such a joke!
