Be very careful. After spending over a year and $50,000 preparing for trial, my attorney dropped me just six days before trial.
This happened immediately after I exposed alleged abuse involving the Mormon Stake President Jeremy Geigle replaced and his brother-in-law, Kevan Gurr.
The timing speaks for itself. When influence and relationships come into play, your case may not be what matters most.
No client should ever be left defenseless at the most critical moment.
My husband and I hired monica to help us with the case, met her one time in court, the second time she was supposed to show up, she was televised through the court, we had evidence that we cannot provide to the judge because she was not there, we paid them eight thousand dollars to represent us, we had to pay restitution to the court, she was supposed to get us off probation three month, six months later, no word from her. Call the firm yesterday to talk to jessica about this situation, no response back, so I would not recommend this firm to anyone, found out that monica is no longer at the firm, so someone could’ve told us this. Don’t know how to file a petition to get us off of probation like she was supposed to do. Again, I would not recommend this firm from nothing!!!
