Me and my friend wanted to do a deed transfer. The lawyer in the gold jacket sitting down (from google pic), she wrote out a deed transfer, but she never filed our deed transfer to the Lexington county deed office, which means she didn’t complete her service we paid her to do. She wanted us to give her 5 stars review without her completing our deed transfer, with the deed office. What she did was fraud! Not completing your service that her clients paid in full for is FRAUD! The office then gives the excuse that she no longer handles real estate law. However, when we hired her and paid her in full, she was doing real estate law. It’s not our fault she no longer handles real estate law. To be honest, she should refund us half our money since she only did half the service; she wrote out the deed transfer paperwork, BUT she didn’t do the other half of the job and that was to get the deed transfer filed with the deed office. If she gives us half refund, then I’ll change her review to 5 stars for being honest about refunding us half our money since she failed to finish the job we hired her to do.
