Do not call… Young condescending wish they were lawyers are the ones who answer the call. The ones that answer the phones clearly know nothing about law, customer service, or how to deal with people.

The person who took my call was EXTREMELY rude. He spoke to me as though I was seeking comfort (he said at least two times to me “Who cares?”), when what I was seeking was a clear answer in regard to the legality of a decision my employer was making. I am actually at a loss for words on how extremely unprofessional that call just was.
