I had a great experience with James. The first time we met, he explained the whole process thoroughly as to how my accident was going to get resolved and got my sister and I to get checked out. We needed medical help because the severe pain we were experiencing was due to the whiplash injury. He also assured me that the insurance would take 100% liability for the accident and resolve the problem in a couple of weeks. Very professional and would recommend if you want someone that will help you with any concern regarding your accident.
