Hotz is a terrible attorney. DO NOT USE BEN HOTZ! Hired him for my divorce all he did was continue my case over & over for a year. He is rude & arrogant and does what he wants not what the client asks for. When I told him what I wanted done he didn’t like what I had to say & withdrew from my case. Of course after I’ve given him $2k, he didn’t give me a dime back. Not a good attorney or businessman.
