After 43 years of service, my employer trumped up charges that were in violation of Osha law. Bill McMahon came highly recommended, so my wife and I reached out to him. I’m not sure my story would be where it is without the support of Bill McMahon of Hoey & Farina. Simply put, Bill wanted to know my truth, first and foremost, and he then proceeded to do everything possible to support me in a court of law. I was asked six ways to Sunday to clearly articulate the details of what happened to me, conceivably analyzing every angle of the details surrounding my experience to ensure that I was on sound legal footing and that the pain and suffering that I continue to experience were understood by a jury of my peers. Outside of my closest family members, I don’t think anyone fully understood the trauma I experienced the way Bill did.
