In the time that H&F have represented me (over 10 months trying to settle one case that was already 6 months old), I have spoken to my lawyer in person once and by phone 2 more times. They never return my calls and it takes several e-mails for anyone from their staff to respond. I don’t know how this case will turn out, but from a ‘peace of mind’ stand point, this firm has done absolutely nothing to help me through this nightmare of a process and I am actively looking for a way to get rid of them.
