Hired HH&K for assistance during the closing process on my new home. The attorney who assisted on the day of closing was very competent, but communication and follow through up until that point was severely lacking. Several self-imposed deadlines were missed, and a month and 10 days passed between our clear to close, and closing. Tasks were only addressed to progress towards closing when I prompted the team by sending an email. I also had an outstanding question after closing, and have gone over a week now without a response.

Elizabeth Chavez, legal assistant, is wonderful! Needed help locating a form from 5 years ago and she was more than helpful and so friendly. Went above and beyond! Much appreciated!
