I am a client my rep. Name is Elizabeth and frank younes. My claim was filed in 2022 (Opioid) I was told that it takes 18mo to 3yrs to resolve. I am incarcerated and when I get the opportunity to call all I get is that they are not I’m the office they have all of my wife’s contact they said that they would contact her with an update she never received an email or phone call this is bad business I can’t even get a status update nor have any one contacted me via mail.If nothing has been resolved yet then tell me at least that.
