I hired Merry Marr about two years ago when I was hit and totaled out by an uninsured driver. She has been the most patient, kind, understanding woman throughout this process. She’s has kept me up to date with any and all updates and communicated with me even just to check in. She has fought for me when nobody else did. When I gave up, she didn’t. She had my back the whole way through. Allstate wasn’t easy to work with. Ally financial wasn’t easy to get ahold of either. I will forever be grateful for her and all her help.
