I hired Lindsay Haugan to fight for me in trial, he was smooth and nice on the phone, he acted like he would fight for me in court against a disorderly charge, once he got my 2500 dollars he never excepted my 30 pages of evidence, he wouldn’t talk on the phone to me after that, he played administrative assistant to the prosecutor. I could of plead guilty for free and got.the same outcome..this attorney scammed me, and unfortunately these lawyers have no accountability or oversight. The BARR is a joke and will not press for any kind of ethic violations. My deferment is over and now I can take this matter to the office of disciplinary council in Bismark with out fear of retaliation from this lawyer. Do not hire this man.
