I would have to agree with the other reviews of rudeness and no compassion. The intake specialist would not listen to what happened medically, actually less than half of the story which involved seven surgeries due to negligence of the doctor. The attorney was not any better, by saying doctors can kill their patients and there is no recourse. Avoid this firm

VERY DISSATISFIED… THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THEY WORK PART TIME… APPARTENTLY, NO ONE WORKED ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AND HALF THE DAY IS ALMOST OVER…. I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO FIRMS THAT WORK FULL TIME….
