Mr. Levinson is an impressive and dedicated attorney. I was first introduced to Mr. Levinson as a guest speaker at my law school’s orientation. We stayed in touch, and over the next two years he took the time to regularly meet with me and provide valuable advice and insight. Ken and Brett were fabulous from the start. The process took a long time because of the pandemic but they kept me informed from the beginning to the end. When I had to take part in the daunting task of the deposition, Brett was very patient with the prep work and calmed my nerves and had me very well prepared. As for the actual mediation, they both prepared me well for what would happen. I was very pleased with the settlement they were able to get me. I hope I never have a need to use their services again but if I do, or anyone I know needs them, they would be my first call.
