I am a client since 2021 in the Workman Compensation division. I am nurse who was attacked by two diffrent patients on two occasions in one week while working. The firm makes alot of promises about being heavy hitters,large settlements, and continued involvement with medical needs. In my experience they have missed filing deadlines resulting in termination of benefits for 10 months, missed court apperances for which i was ” graciously not charged”, and complete lack or communication of any kind. My pay for the period of 3 years places me under the poverty level in NY state. After 5 years i am still being denied treatment and pay out of pocket for most medications monthly. After begging and fighting my parents purchased my glasses out of pocket. I have been dragged through the mud, accused of felony for asking for medical aid, taken to court on multiple occassions, stalked ( my family members and I) by private investigators on private property, followed into mandated IME doctors appointments bt investigators, interrigated, and ignored. I have recived ZERO assistance and cant even get an update on an appeal once a year without leaving multipe messages for weeks. SHAME ON YOU Harding Mazzotti for revictimazing me again and again.
