As a real estate agent, I have to say that this has probably the most poor closing I’ve had my buyers go through. Buyers had questions that they seemed to figured out on their own and attorney would just respond “yea, yea” and that’s it. He didn’t seem thorough and his answers would feel like they were just assumptions. Heard a lot of “I don’t know” “it’s how it is some times.” Just no straight forward answers. Will not be using Hanson Law Firm going forward. Honestly Hanson was not my first choice but because it was a new contraction home, we didn’t really have a choice of which firm we wanted to use.

Hanson is ON IT! Magnificent job with our closing and not ones to shy away from helping those in more difficult situations.
