Hanis Irvine and Prothero….hands down the worst experience I’ve had in a law office. Cynthia (the attorney I scheduled a consultation) with was 30 minutes late to our meeting and her excuse was that her time ran long with another client and that “she didn’t want to cut them off…” The icing on the cake was that when she first saw me she automatically assumed I spoke Spanish because of my appearance. Yes I am of south American decent, but for Cynthia to make an assumption about what language I speak based on the color of my skin was appalling to say the least. If you’re looking for legal advice please look else where….it is clear that this law firm values quantity of service over quality. If their attorneys don’t have basic time management skills…imagine how much attention they’re paying to your case….
