At the time Mr Fred Haley handle a case for me. Lucinda G Darling (Cindy) against the Hayward police Dept. Mr. Haley Won and the law was changed what the police department’s were allowed to do. This case set president’s for the first case ever won against the Police department. Also first case ever won for a judge’s wife serving on the jury. This case went clear cross county. It was in all news papers, TV stations for a full week as well as good American, and radio stations. Thank You So Very Much Mr. Hayley I will never for get you!
