I received a check this month from the Small Developer Assistance Fund, which HBSS set up to distribute their enormous settlement from Apple. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for litigating this case and getting justice for app developers! My settlement check was for $3,500. I actually feel the amount makes up for some of the issues I had with the Apple Developer Program. So, I think HBSS did a phenomenal job.
