My husband and I were involved in a terrible car accident in which we were hit head on by a drunk driver. It was a very complicated legal process with the insurance and proceedings, much to do with the at fault side. It took a long time for everything to be wrapped up and resolved, but Daniel Luker and Paula and their team did an excellent job working through everything in a timely and efficient manner. I always felt like I could trust them and felt comfortable giving everything over into their hands. I was going through a lot with my health at the time and was thankful to them as they handled everything, and I never felt like I needed to worry. They gave me constant updates, always advocated for me and did everything that was in my best interests including asking for my permission and thoughts on how we should proceed through certain things. They kept me informed and educated, they had no problem helping me understand all of the legal processes, terms, and potential outcomes. I am very happy with how they wrapped everything up and got it all resolved. Poor customer service, my experience was that they were more concerned about maximizing their profit than taking care of the client who hired them. When you hire someone to work on your behalf, you should not be the one doing the majority of the work.
