Call back again after 30 minutes of being on hold and they sent me back on hold again with no other way to communicate very unprofessional

I was ticketed for speeding 43 in a 30mph. The officer showed up and they still had the ticket dismissed. It only cost 60$ but took 6+hrs so justice was served! I will be more careful following the speed limit going forward. THANKS GILLIGAN!!!
