Had a meeting with their initial contact. Gathered all information and then accepted the case. Simple case with video easy win. I received my welcome letter and then the Monday after I received my we are dropping your case. No reason, no call no nothing. Funny they say the are here for you but if they have to do something I suppose like work then they aren’t for you. Go somewhere else the staff is friendly but that’s it and I can’t have a receptionist represent me no matter how nice she is!
