My Attorney is Sam Gaylord, I am very unhappy with him. Mr. Gaylord has been my attorney for many years I don’t understand what’s going on and, why he feels compelled not to return calls or give case updates, he is getting paid for this service. He went on vacation when he said my case was to go before the Courts. So now I call Mr. Gaylord to see what’s going on with my case he informed me that my case was going to heard on June 30, 2022, so when June 30th came I called Mr. Gaylord to see if I had to appear, he didn’t answer I left a voicemail message. Three days later he finally returned my call and stated to me that he went away with his son, I asked why was I told my case was being heard he stated that he didn’t say that. So now as of today we are playing phone tag, please tell me how I just missed your call, I call right back and they don’t answer or return my call!! Please don’t use this attorney!!

Not pleased with legal secretary and lawyer getting back to me when scheduling conference calls.

Very unprofessional firm! They’re horrible at returning calls and when they do call you back it’s with an attitude like you’re bothering them! One of the partners Johnny or Jovee actually hung up on me! Guys I’m telling you go to a different firm! Do more research! I sure wish I would’ve!
