My experience with this firm has been positive in light of the circumstances. I have appreciated their honesty, and their efforts to manage expectations. This is a long process, but they show great experience and have been diligent with finding information to support my case. I also appreciate that they have kept me updated along the way. I feel I am in good hands.

I was awed by my experience in dealing with Laura at G. Eric Nielson & Associates. I was surprised one day in 2022 when Laura called me and told me that my case had been referred to their firm. She kept in touch with me by phone, text and email on a regular basis, and always replied when I inquired with her. The process of negotiating with my insurance company took months, but eventually I received a check for a good portion of my son’s Utah residential treatment that the insurance company refused to pay. G. Eric and his entire office are a fantastic team! They will take a good look at your case and get you some answers and give you an honest opinion. We didn’t know where to turn and they looked at our case and told us that we were absolutely correct in that what happened to my son was totally avoidable. Because of what happened, my son is deeply affected for the rest of his life. Eric and his team were aggressive in finding out the facts and they covered every base in anticipation of the defense’s every move. They are the lawyers you want on your side and the lawyers that the other guys hate seeing on the other side of the aisle! They shepherded us through the entire process and did everything they could to make the things we needed to do as easy as possible and they were very professional. They were as passionate about making sure my son is okay for the rest of his life as I am, and that’s saying a lot! Recently when another situation came up relative to my son, I called them because we needed some information from the case and they told us that whatever they could do to help to just let them know. Everytime we interact with them no matter how long it’s been it’s so great to talk to them because they are dear friends and the work they did changed our lives for the better forever. I don’t lay awake at night worrying about my son in the sense of being able to get him whatever he needs thanks to the work they did.
