Honestly I was a bit hesitant at first but Josh really came thru for me in the end and I greatly appreciate his hard work… he treated me like people even when I was frustrated with the situation.
Apparently I wasn’t worth there time. I’m a retired Veteran, former Green Beret all ready had back issues and my accident caused even further injuries to my neck and back same for my wife. My wife and I were sitting at a stop light and was rear-ended by a guy doing about 45mph, probably on his phone, he lied to the cop and said someone must of hit him into us, which wasn’t true at all. FDA representative asked if I we were hospitalized, if we went to the ER, if we had to take an ambulance and if the accident was on the news, answered No to all of those questions even though we went to our primary care provider the next morning. Apparently my case wasn’t high profile enough for there law firm. Very disappointing since they promote they support veterans who are injured and claim no case is to large or to small…
Don’t bother. Everything Frank Azar advertises about in his commercials is not true. My husband & I were in an auto accident a few weeks ago. We decided to call Frank Azar. Unfortunately, because we did not take an ambulance to the hospital nor did our accident make the local news our incident wasn’t big enough for Frank Azar to take on. Unbelievable how he claims to want to take care of our military service members and then when one calls we were told “I don’t feel your case is something we can take on, but I’d be happy to give you names and numbers of other attorneys who might be interested”. Our truck has significant damage and my husband and I were both injured. How dare you belittle our case because we did not seek an ambulance nor make it on the local news. What a joke you are Frank Azar!
