The Front office girl had a very bad customer service her name is Stephany and was extremely Rude and yelled at me saying that Clients don’t seem to understand the cases!!!!… I called regarding my brother’s case and left messages for Mr. Flores. When they don’t answer I would leave voice mails and never got a call back, now I know that maybe this Stephany girl never forwards the messages to any of the lawyers. She shouldn’t be working at a law office if is not patient enough to take the time to explain or answer questions…….
