Haandling my dads very simple estate for over 10 months and still not settled. No communication at all. Received original paperwork but nothing since. This estate involved no property just a bank account and a brokerage account. Losing money every day !!!

I gave them 5 stars years ago…I recently (January 2022)needed updates for legal work. I called, they promised a call back….never got one. I telephoned 4 days later…Attorney Lentz’s assistant/ receptionist promised a call back that day or next…never received one. It’s been a two week wait now on a reply. Nothing.. I called today to inform them I’m working with another Law Firm….Timely reply? Hesitate to reach out? Address my needs? I can’t even get a return call. No thank you.
