He was honest, blunt, and straight to action. He did analyze my evidence etc. before he told me if he would take my case or not. Those who have complained couldn’t have truly listened to his words or are just mad he didn’t except their case. It baffles me because he literally saved my life by winning my case. Which was not an easy case!! I will forever be grateful!

I went to see russ and told was several things “might” happen and of course they never did. He made suggestions that made it seem like a good deal, but they never materalized. A million dollar policy was in place, and they dropped the ball big time. They just wanted me to sign on the dotted line, and sweet me until the statute of limiatations got close. I’ve got the emails!
