My attorney was Minh Nguyen. He and his team exceeded all of my expectations!
I had a driving with a suspended registration case. I was nose to the grindstone on the very night before the hearing to go through the PennDOT online portal to show proof of private auto insurance and pay the restoration and penalty fees. After this got completed I sent Minh a text with the relevant information. I told him I had no ability to print it out but after he asked me to send a copy for clearer imaging to email, Minh handled the printing on his end!
In the courtroom Minh began advocating for me before I could even arrive (due to my confusion with a bus driver’s route which threw me into running 15 minutes late.) We were in constant communication by text as I traveled to get there. Minh had spoken to the officers and the judge on my behalf, and was waiting outside in front of the door for me with the news— He got all charges dismissed— saving me hundreds of dollars in fines and from losing my driver’s license for 3 months!
Minh asked if I wanted to thank the judge and, after my answering yes, Minh walked in with me, presented me in to the judge, and I thanked the judge after His Honor explained to me how he had made his decision (which mainly was based on the compliance paperwork Minh was able to demonstrate to him).
Minh and I shared a handshake and a light celebratory hug. After that, Minh offered to drop me off at the bus stop with his personal vehicle and wished me farewell as he did so.
Minh Nguyen is a great communicator, effective attorney, and a person of great compassion. I appreciate all of his efforts and would definitely be enthused and comforted to work with him again in the future.

Ashley Rundell was fantastic as my lawyer! The lawyer with this group I had previously was inconsistent and not as competent. My now ex husband dragged out the divorce. He wouldn’t respond to his own lawyer. Ashley was able to correspond with his lawyer. They got things accomplished and moved along. I really felt like she was ‘for me’ and my children. She fought for me ! Highly recommend her!!!
