Don’t waste your time and energy with this attorney office. I’m going on my third year with trying to do something with my injury fall. I understand these things take time. Lack of communication, follow through and missed phone calls is not acceptable. I have a lack of trust in where my case are going. Now I have a second case. I’m ready to move on with finalizing this case. I have had planned phone calls that never happened. The staff doesn’t let you know what happened. I have strong conversations at first with a paralegal and then I get lost in the lack of follow through and have no communication until I hear the staff has left or went on leave. I don’t have the strength or time to go to another attorney. I have submitted all my paperwork in a timely manner. I don’t feel like I get that back. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to family and friends.
