After 8 months of no help with doctors and he never called us once regarding the case we had no choice but to fire him. He was using information that didn’t even pertain to our case just to pad the case so he would make more. Now I know why he only asks for 25%. A total waste of time. Not someone you want to use just because he only charges 25%. I wondered why there was never anyone at his office when we went. Live and learn.
