Spoke with Attorney Lazares on the phone when I realized I would be needing some professional help with a landlord/tenant issue I am facing. Found all the answers I need for now at the point in the process I am at and will be getting some professional assistance in my matter at what I consider an agreeable price. Some of the negative reviews indicated that Attorney Lazares was rude to them, this was not at all the case when I spoke with him. I spoke with a professional who is VERY knowledgeable in the area he practices in, knew exactly what information he needed from me to better assist me, was quick and to the point without being rude in the slightest, and even got a few chuckles out of me in what is a very stressful situation for me. Hopefully the situation unfolds how I am hoping it will unfold and an actual eviction is not needed, but if that becomes necessary I will not hesitate to engage his services further.

Have no doubt that Dan knows the law but his attitude towards a prospective client was unprofessional and rude not going to hire someone who is rude in a difficult situation. Regardless of his knowledge of the law that is no excuse to be rude when a potential client is asking questions about different routes to take on an eviction case.
