Do NOT ever use this man for family court unless you’re prepared to lose your precious children and literally every asset. He will not fight for you, simply agrees to the opposing lawyer. In over 2 months of trying to get a motion to modify and a response wrote up, I received one rude phone call from him and a few short emails from assistants with no knowledge to the case⮳till getting absolutely no where! Instead of finally getting any sort of document prepared for the case, he simply withdrew and pocketed the money. Save yourself the heartache and expense!
