I was referred to this firm and had to undergo a screening call prior to my $350 hour-long consultation. Halfway through the consult the attorney realized I had an upcoming hearing and she wouldn’t be available to attend and therefore couldn’t take my case. I was referred to another law firm and we halted the consult at half an hour. $179.00 just to be referred is ridiculous. You would think the “screening” call would have taken care of this detail. The attorney sounded knowledgeable but this oversight was quite expensive and unnecessary.

I worked with Kristina Martinez and her team, in particular Heather Tanner, through very difficult family court proceedings. I found them to be perfectly professional, informative throughout the process, and very understanding of my situation. Thus far, they have been critical in reaching the best settlement possible for me and have offered financing without charging interest to cover their own fees, at every turn finding ways to save me money as opposed to padding their own bill. I know that lawyers often are given a bad reputation for being self serving and greedy, but I can attest from my experience to date that this team puts you on their team and will be there for you as they have been for me.
