The legal office representing the insurance company processing my workers comp claim sent me a letter advising that they were going to settle the claim with a lump sum payment. I made an appointment with Mike Dyer seeking advice. Mike advised that I was not receiving fair treatment. I asked Mike to represent me as my injury was serious enough that I could not find employment. Working with Mike was very convenient. I was not hassled by anyone. Mike settled the claim for twice what was originally offered.

He told me the everything I wanted to hear so I hire you and then after that everything was my fault and I told you the work comp wasn’t paying anything and they wouldn’t approve any thing he told me I had to pay for it.
