Went out of our way submitting evidence for our case. My mother has a broken femur that required surgery, a metal rod placement, fractured ribs, and a month stay in rehab. The bills are piling up and we didn’t even get notified they didn’t accept the case. Over a month wasted because we couldn’t get a simple phone call. Apparently they wanted the fall on video. Apparently all the wins are because they never had to fight for it, they want it all on camera to do the bare minimum. Do NOT recommend. Take your business elsewhere even if you don’t speak English.
