John Richards is an absolute hero to any man falsely accused of abuse. Very open and honest communication, got a bogus pfa completely thrown out before we even had to see the inside of a court room. This was a nerve-racking situation to be in, evicted from my house, unable to communicate via any means with the opposing party, and John the Deriso law group made this a very easy process. Just want to update this review to address how well John and the team handled the custody case that followed the pfa. We definitely came into this as underdogs. We took the high road whenever possible, and somehow walked out of that court room with the mother and I agreeing on 50/50 custody. The real winner here is the child involved who now gets equal time with both parents. I can’t say enough positive things about this experience, for any dads fighting a system that’s stacked against us this is the group and the man you want in your corner. Thanks again John!
