Denice is an unscrupulous lawyer. She was my uncle’s Conservator and was directly responsible for his horrific death as he lay there dying, she wouldn’t make a decision to engage hospice care. He suffered. She seems to believe that a law degree qualifies her to practice medicine. Now that he has died, she ignores his next of kin as they are working out the details of his estate. She is a money grubbing pig who causes pain in an already painful situation.

Back in January I was referred to Denise Shepards offices thru my grandmother’s lawyer after she passed. I contacted them the first week of January. It is now February 18. Over a month and a half and I haven’t been return contacted at all. I reconfirmed my phone number, my grandmother’s attorney reconfirmed my phone number, after the office said my number was wrong. Several calls by me to connect resulted in a less then 2 minute talk where I was told I would get a return call. Nothing. This is absolutely terrible service and needs to be relayed to as many people who read this. Deaths are difficult to begin with and to be ignored by a law office with business dealing directly with said deaths is about as callous as can be. I suggest finding other services if you should find the need for them.
