I cannot say enough good things about this law firm. I suffered from an unfortunate accident which left me unable to work, struggling to pay my medical bills, and constantly worried that I would never be able to afford treatment or therapy. Shawn helped me through each step of the lengthy process of filling a liability claim. He was not only kind and sincere but went out of his way to answer any and all of my questions and always made sure I was informed and comfortable. Never once, during the 6 months of working together, did I ever feel uninformed or excluded from the process. Shawn maintained consistent communication; he is diligent when responding to any questions or calls and if he knew he would be unavailable he made sure to let me know well ahead of time. I have never in my life needed a lawyer and like so many others I was terrified that I would be taken advantage of, mistreated, or just another faceless client. At this law firm, I felt like family. At the end of the day, your lawyer cannot guarantee results or the outcome of your case, but what they can do is provide hardwork and excellent customer service and that is exactly what I received.
