Best lawyer money can buy in the midlothian/richmond area

He is the worst lawyer in history.. i know two people who went to him through Mutual friends who are now sitting in jail bc David Whaley doesnt review cases, doesnt represent you and just take your money.. they only way to get a hold of him is to camp out in front of his office..Spend your money elsewhere just not with him.. you are better office representing yourseld
