Josh Hutchinson in my opinion is the absolute worst Attorney in Southern Indiana and that’s saying a whole lot! Josh comes off as a likable guy when he does his initial consult good luck talking to him again I had him for six months and he wouldn’t sit down with me. He demanded more money after I gave him $3500 and all I was wanting to simply do was asking him what that did for me.. throughout the entire last six months after a court date I would say hey can we get together discuss the case and discuss what to expect every time he will say yeah I’ll call you well after his office secretary started bombarding me with letter saying I was late I was at court with Josh asked him specifically if I needed to pay that really I told him I’d really like to meet with him before I did he said no problem. He’d give me a call that was three months ago . When I went to the Danks and Danks firm finally for a meeting. Josh refused to see me before I made a payment. I went there to make a payment, but I certainly wasn’t gonna pay anything without talking to him for him to put me off again. I’ve got emails specifically informing him of that. He still told me to come in. We are three weeks from a trial date and Josh took me to court yesterday and dropped me. I believe it was because he wasn’t even close to being prepared for the trial. He’s never even asked me any questions. Just kept saying that he would. I believe this is the fifth review. I’ve left on Mr. Hutchinson on different formats I wish I would’ve read his reviews. He has more one star reviews that I saw than any other attorney at Danks and Danks. And I believe he’s been there the shortest amount of time. 🤔

Brandon Danks is A#1 in my books. I wish I were working with this young man five years ago in an estate sham probate issue. He smiles and gets right to the point. He’s blunt in a smooth way, but very cordial. He talks to you like a good friend would. This issue, gun related, was handled quickly. I told him he must have answers on the back of his hand. This man is very sharp, A#1 in my book.
