Absolutely unacceptable experience. After months of negotiations with Allstate and getting close to finally resolving my claim, Daniel decided to drop me as a client without even having the decency to call me first. Instead, he sent an email directly to Allstate’s legal team saying he was no longer representing me, leaving me blindsided at one of the most critical stages of the case.

We were finally nearing settlement discussions around the demand amount that had already been submitted, and instead of seeing the case through, he walked away at the homestretch. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy was extremely disappointing.

If you are looking for an attorney who will stand by you through the entire process and communicate properly with you as a client, this was not my experience. Being dropped without warning while actively dealing with a stressful insurance claim made an already difficult situation even worse.

Called MR. Fletcher because I received a note that I was getting sued for a “private sale” because there was minor things wrong with the car I didn’t know. Anyways I explained it all to mr. fletcher and he shortly realized what is going on and that the lady is trying to sue me as if I was a dealership, his response “don’t call me or my office” then hung up. – why do you have to lie ? You clearly hung up on me. It’s okay. Not pressed . Just letting everybody know how you treated the situation 😂😂😂😂

Had the pleasure of working with Daniel some time back and he was more than helpful, professional and definitely GOT THE JOB DONE! Definitely recommend, definitely will be using this service again! Thank you!
